Manufacturing
Four production systems across three Qingdao plants: mirrors, automotive electronics, cooling modules and steering columns.
Housings are molded on 53 Haitian injection-molding machines from 60 to 3,300 tons, every one fitted with a swing-arm robot for automatic part removal. Painting runs in a Class 100,000 clean booth on a mirror-dedicated fixed-spray line, and ultrasonic welding equipment is available for sealed sub-assemblies.
Fourteen mirror assembly lines deliver two million sets a year. Lens bonding is performed in a Class 100,000 cleanroom. Every assembly passes a comprehensive end-of-line station that checks angle adjustment, turn signal, electric heating, power fold, BSD and camera functions on 100% of units.

The electronics plant covers the full imaging chain in-house: SMT, camera active alignment, FG assembly and online aging. Image, electrical, contamination, airtightness and aging tests all run automatically with full parameter self-control.
The SMT line is fully automatic and high-precision, with anti-static flooring, full grounding, inline SPI and AOI, and an isolated board splitter and cleaning room. Two fully automatic custom AA lines perform six-axis alignment to 8 µm precision. A fully automatic thread-focus line integrates auto feeding, OS test, autofocus, dispensing, MES and final UV inspection at more than 140 pieces per hour.

The cooling line runs a complete process: main-plate pre-coating, fin punching and insertion, strip forming, core loading, brazing, press fitting, dry leak test, argon arc welding, water test and final assembly, at 200,000 units of annual capacity.
Equipment includes one main-plate pre-coating machine, six automatic aluminium fin forming machines, six semi-automatic core loaders, two aluminium brazing furnaces, two radiator semi-automatic press machines, two radiator dry airtightness testers, three intercooler straight-seam welders, two intercooler water-test stations and two automatic intercooler turbulator fin machines. The dry airtightness tester uses a JODON core unit from the United States.

Steering columns are produced as a complete system with shafts, universal joint yokes and aluminium column tubes all machined in-house. One automated shaft line produces 300,000 steering shafts a year, two yoke lines produce 1.2 million yokes, one ball drive shaft line produces 300,000 assemblies and one aluminium tube line produces 280,000 column tubes.
Inspection is 100% inline. A dedicated ball drive shaft assembly and inspection line verifies torsional clearance and slip force during production. The column assembly line checks bearing press fitting, assembly, retention force, adjustment force and locking torque, with error-proofing machines for bearing and circlip pressing.
